Privacy

We store your name, email, mobile number, home address, emergency contact and your ride bookings so that we can run rides safely. We ask for your home address so that, if something happens on a ride, the leader can get you or your bike home. Ride leaders see your contact details, address and emergency contact only for rides you have booked. We do not share your details with anyone else, and we delete them if you ask us to. Contact the committee to see or remove what we hold.
